Our scope of intervention:

Operational HR support in the implementation of labour legislation & regulations and management of your legal obligations in the context of increasing complexity of labour laws

 

Our challenge

Provide you with operational support that is specific to your structure, allowing you to control risks, reduce the cost of non-compliance, and save time.

 

  • You are an SME, an International Group located abroad with a small team subject to French labour law and you want to outsource or be accompanied in the implementation of your legal obligations with regard to French labour law,
  • You are a VSE or a SME, with or without an HR structure, dealing with complex and changing labour laws: you want to understand the impact of the evolution of these laws on your company and receive operational and practical support for the correct implementation of these laws,
  • You are required to set up an Employee Representative Body and need to be accompanied in the organization of professional elections, the functioning of the representative bodies, and understanding the impact they have on your business,
  • You seek assistance in managing your obligations vis-à-vis the ERBs (organizing schedules, compliance with information, consultation, and posting requirements)
  • You have to engage in collective bargaining discussions and would benefit from support in the preparation, negotiation and drafting of your collective bargaining agreements,
  • Accompany you short- or long-term in ensuring compliance of your practices:
    • By providing you with concrete answer to concrete HR issues,
    • By carrying out an HR diagnostic to identify discrepancies, verify the adequacy of existing practices against the texts, have an overview of existing agreements and practices, assess the consistency thereof and recommend solutions,
    • By establishing an action plan for you: adjustments to be implemented,
    • By managing the schedule of your legal obligations: Information & consultation of ERBs,
    • By ensuring regulatory monitoring for you,
  • Take control of the management of your legal obligations with regard to French labour laws: outsourcing
  • Provide you with concrete tools: prepared draft documents (letters, agreements), explanatory memos, proposal templates & outline documents (interview, internal rules, etc.), action plans, schedule of your obligations etc.,

Our packages:

  • For interim consultancy services: invoicing is carried out based on the time spent or on a per mission basis
  • For long term support or outsourcing: establishment of a partnership agreement  (invoicing estimated for a period of 6 to 12 months and smoothed monthly) or a fixed package based on a fixed number of day.
